SOA Credit Notes — retired

What it is​

Nothing. It is a redirect. Opening /soa/credit-notes sends you straight to Credit Notes and nothing is rendered on the way.

The separate SOA-side credit-note hub was retired on 2026-06-18 and folded into /credit-notes, which does everything it did and more: bulk select and delete, a status filter, the invoice each credit is against, per-row Cancel — a proper reversal that restores the invoice balance rather than a delete — and Tally XML export.

The route is kept only so bookmarks and old links still land somewhere useful. A2Z-F260 is recorded as LEGACY in the inventory, and that is deliberate, not a gap.

Who can open it​

Anyone who can reach /soa. The redirect happens before any data is touched, so the real gate is whatever Credit Notes applies once you arrive.

Before you start​

Update your bookmark. The redirect is not promised forever, and every link inside the app already points at /credit-notes.

What it writes​

Nothing.

When it goes wrong​

You land on Credit Notes and expected something else. That is the whole behaviour of this route. If the screen you wanted was the old SOA-side hub, it no longer exists; everything it did is on Credit Notes.
